Wright Crossing

This project comprises the construction of a new shopping centre valued at R87 910 158.23 (excluding VAT), delivered over a ten-month programme from February 2026 to November 2026. The scope encompasses site establishment, earthworks, reinforced concrete structures, brickwork, roofing, shopfronts, internal finishes, and external works, together with full mechanical and electrical services. Delivered by an experienced professional team, the project sees Wright Crossing (Pty) Ltd as Client, LFR Project Management (Pty) Ltd as Principal Agent, Archiway Architects leading design, and JN Consulting (Pty) Ltd providing quantity surveying. Mechanical and electrical engineering is undertaken by Meccanitek (Pty) Ltd and Claassen Auret (Pty) Ltd.
