Tiber Construction owns, operates and maintains a substantial amount of major plant and equipment, enhancing its ability to service all types of contracts in an effective and cost-efficient manner.

Village Deep Yard:

We own and operate all the plant and equipment that is used on our contracts. Our plant and equipment yard in Village Deep Johannesburg, is an award-winning world-class facility. It boasts an area of 15 000m² under cover, and is equipped with overhead cranes which ensures efficient storage and moving of equipment to and from sites.

Our computerised stock control system ensures that we have a live record of the whereabouts our plant and equipment at all times, making our planning more precise and accurate.

Our Village Deep facility incorporates a 600sqm office building which is used as a training facility to support Enterprise Development in the Construction industry.

All plant, equipment and vehicle assets are owned by our Group and we have an experienced management team who maintain and manage these assets, ensuring that they are always in the best condition, thereby strengthening our competitive edge.

The Tiber Construction’s Village Deep Yard has placed within the top 3 in the National and Regional Health and Safety Competitions since 2011 – a fitting tribute to the excellence of this world class facility.
