Transnet Head Office Parktown. Redevelopment of 2 existing buildings including partial demolitions and gutting of buildings and conversion into A Grade office space. Works included provision of additional parking, external works and landscaping, new links and a triple volume atrium semi-circular frontage, and the incorporation of an additional 700m² of new underground parking. The project was delivered for Tiber Property Group (Pty) Ltd & Zenprop Property Holdings, with Capex Projects (Pty) Ltd as Principal Agent, Drummond & Associated Architects as Architect, and Schoombie Hartmann as Quantity Surveyor.
