17 500m² Tenant fit out for ABSA Capital at Sandton Court comprising three basement levels, a ground floor and two upper levels, with the incorporation of raised access flooring for installation and migration of all IT infrastructure and services, including multi backup systems and generators to provide continuous worldwide linkage to data banks and business units, with special focus on environmental and energy efficient services and systems to current European Standards. Included in the contract was all furniture, fittings and equipment in line with worldwide company specifications. The project was delivered for ABSA Capital, with Turner & Townsend as Principal Agent, Tectoniqua as Architect, and IBP Construction Consultants (Pty) Ltd as Quantity Surveyor.
